BufraPOS is a point of sale software owned and operated by Bufra Technologies, a Nigerian-based BusTech company. By creating an account or using the BufraPOS platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your access, responsibilities, limitations, and acceptable use of the platform.
By accessing or using BufraPOS, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use BufraPOS, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree not to create an account using false details or impersonate a business or individual.
Your business name is used across the platform for invoice branding and official communication. You must not use a business name that is misleading, fraudulent, or associated with impersonation.
Once your account is created, the business name cannot be changed through the dashboard. Any request to update a business name must go through Customer Support for verification.
BufraPOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use fake, harmful, or deceptive business identities.
You agree to use BufraPOS only for lawful business purposes, including:
You agree not to misuse the platform for activities such as spam, fraud, unauthorized marketing, or illegal financial transactions.
BufraPOS automatically attaches your business name to system-generated communications. You are responsible for ensuring the information you send is accurate and lawful.
Any attempt to use BufraPOS to deceive customers or impersonate another brand will lead to immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.
BufraPOS supports thermal invoice generation. You are responsible for verifying all invoice content before sending or printing. BufraPOS is not responsible for losses caused by user-generated invoice errors.
Some features of BufraPOS require an active subscription. All payment information provided must be accurate and authorized.

BufraPOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the platform in a harmful or unauthorized way. You may also request account deletion at any time.
BufraPOS is not liable for business losses, data loss, revenue loss, or misunderstandings caused by user error, misuse of the platform, or third-party service integrations.
BufraPOS may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes made.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, regardless of where the platform is accessed from.
